NRN stands for No reply necessary, an email and office abbreviation.
Tells email recipients that the message is informational and does not require a response, cutting down on back-and-forth "thanks" replies. It is usually added to the subject line or the last line of the message.
Example: Draft agenda attached for your reference, NRN unless you spot a problem.
Usage notes
Also expanded as "no reply needed." Productivity advocates promote NRN and similar tags as a way to reduce inbox volume, and some teams pair it with EOM (end of message). NNTR ("no need to reply") does the same job. Polite recipients may reply anyway, so the tag works best as an agreed team convention.
