If an entry is wrong, incomplete or out of date, send the page address, what should change and, if possible, a reliable source (a standard, an official publication or a style guide). Corrections are checked against the source before the page is updated.

Missing abbreviations or meanings

Suggest an abbreviation the dictionary does not have yet, or a meaning missing from an existing page. Tell us where the abbreviation is used — for example in a hospital, a profession, a region or an online community — and include an example of it in real use.
