Usage notes
Known as the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) until March 2016. Its decisions can be appealed to its Boards of Appeal and then to the EU General Court. It does not handle patents, which go to the EPO. Registered Community designs were renamed EU designs under a 2025 reform.
