TTV stands for Twitch TV (streamer tag), a gaming slang abbreviation.

Tag added to a player's username, as in "Shadow_TTV," showing that they stream on Twitch. In battle royale games, "TTV" players are a running joke and a frequent target.

Example: There's a TTV in the next building, let's third-party him before he gets clips.

Usage notes

Players add TTV to promote their channels, and opponents often hunt them down hoping to appear on stream or to deny them highlight clips. "TTV" stereotypes include loud play and showing off. The tag comes from Twitch's original domain, twitch.tv.
