OTK stands for One-turn kill, a gaming slang abbreviation.

Strategy in card games in which a player wins by defeating the opponent from full health in a single turn, usually through a combination of cards.

Example: My deck runs an OTK combo, I just need to survive until turn eight.

Usage notes

Common in Hearthstone, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Magic: The Gathering, where game designers frequently weaken cards that enable OTKs. Opponents often find OTK decks frustrating because they allow little interaction.
