OPS+ stands for Adjusted OPS, a baseball abbreviation.

OPS normalized to the league and adjusted for ballpark, where 100 is league average and each point above or below is a percentage better or worse. A 150 OPS+ means 50 percent better than an average hitter.

Example: His 172 OPS+ was the best of any hitter in the National League.

Usage notes

Published by Baseball-Reference. Park adjustment matters because hitter-friendly parks such as Coors Field in Denver inflate raw numbers. FanGraphs' comparable stat is wRC+, also scaled so that 100 is average.
