LTTP stands for Late to the party, a social media abbreviation.
Admits the writer is discovering something long after it was popular, such as a TV series, album or meme, and apologizes in advance for the outdated enthusiasm.
Example: LTTP but I just finished Breaking Bad and I can't stop thinking about it.
Usage notes
Common on forums, Reddit and X, where it heads posts about old shows, games and songs. It deflects criticism for posting about something everyone else has already discussed. Friendly and self-deprecating in tone.
