NFLPA stands for National Football League Players Association, a sports league and organization abbreviation.
Labor union representing NFL players, which negotiates the collective bargaining agreement covering salaries, the salary cap, benefits, discipline and working conditions. It also licenses players' names and likenesses for group deals such as video games and trading cards.

Usage notes
Founded in 1956. Players struck in 1982 and 1987, and the union decertified in 1989 and again in 2011 to pursue antitrust litigation. The current CBA, ratified in 2020, runs through the 2030 season. Its annual team report cards, first published in 2023, became a widely cited source on working conditions.
