Usage notes
The Bluebook uses "2d" and "3d", not "2nd" and "3rd", for both circuits and reporter series. Judges such as Learned Hand made it one of the most cited courts in American history, and its decisions shaped insider-trading doctrine. It has 13 authorized judgeships.
