PPR stands for Points per reception, an American football abbreviation.

Fantasy football scoring format that awards a point for every catch in addition to points for yards and touchdowns. PPR raises the value of receivers and pass-catching running backs.

Example: In a PPR league, a ten-catch game is worth ten points before yards are counted.

Usage notes

Half-PPR, giving 0.5 points per catch, is a common compromise, and "standard" leagues give nothing for receptions. Some leagues add a tight end premium. Draft rankings differ noticeably between formats, especially for running backs.
